Game Functions

Will my game data disappear if I delete the app?

If you delete (uninstall) the app from your device, your play data will also be deleted. If you want to continue using your play data after deleting and reinstalling the app, please prepare for "Data Transfer" from the following steps before deleting the app.

You can save up to 4 settings.

How to unlock new Chats?

Become friends with the members, they may send you chats. Members who participate in the Live Shows will have their Bond points increased, and you will get to know the member better. You can view the current Bond points in the member details.

In addition, chats may be sent to you when you acquire certain members or on special occasions.

How can I increase the Bond points of the members?

Bond points are increased by having members participate in Live Shows. The member placed in the center will have the highest amount of Bond points increase.

What is the birthday setting in my profile?

The profile birthday setting is used for chats purpose only, and is different from the birthday confirmation that appears when making shop purchases. Follow the steps below to set a birthday for chat purposes:

2) Tap "Profile"
3) Tap the gear button next to "Birthday" at the bottom of the screen
4) Set your desired birth date

  • Once the birth date is set, it cannot be changed.

How to idolize the members?

You can awaken a member using the following steps:

1) Tap "Members" on the home screen
2) Select the member you want to idolize from the "Idolize" tab at the top
3) Tap the "Idolize" button

  • To idolize a member, you must first level them up to their current maximum level.
  • The number of Lightsticks and gold required for idolize differs for each rarity.

It showed GOOD when I tapped the rhythm icons, but the combo was broken.

There are "PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD, BAD, and MISS" for the rating of tapping rhythm icons. If the tap is being rated as GOOD, BAD, or MISS, the combo will be broken.

How can I continue watching The School Idol's Daily Life?

The story in The School Idol’s Daily Life will be unlocked after clearing a certain number of times of the certain group’s song. On the story selection screen, tap the banner of the story with a locked icon to display detailed unlocking conditions such as the required number of times.

I can't skip the live show

Skip is only available by clearing the song you want to skip at least once on any difficulty level.

When I skip a live show, do I still get the items and experience?

When you skip the live show, you can still earn clear rewards like in normal play. You can skip multiple times, and obtain rewards according to the number of times skipped. However, the score at the time of clear is based on the value of your past high score, so the event points earned may be different from that of playing normally.

Love Gems obtained from login bonus are not showing up.

Items obtained from login bonuses will be sent to your Present Box. Please receive them from there.

How do I link my game data transfer from Love Live! School Idol Festival?

You can link your game data transfer by following the steps:

2) Tap "Memory Album".
3) Enter the User ID and Password issued by Love Live! School Idol Festival, then confirm.

As for the rewards after transferring game data, they will be sent as presents. Please receive them from your Present Box.

The game was forcibly closed during a live show and could not be resumed, will LP still be used in this case?

LP is not used when the live show was interrupted; LP is used when you clear the live show.

I want to hide the cut-in effect of special skills.

You can hide the cut-in effect of special skills by following the steps:

You can turn off the stage screen by following these steps

What do the FAST/SLOW indicators displayed during a live show mean?

If you tap a rhythm icon earlier than the PERFECT timing or later than the PERFECT timing, it will display "FAST" or "SLOW", respectively. You can adjust the display using the following steps:

You can clear cache by following these steps

  • Clear cache does not delete the current play data.
  • If you clear cache, all additional data downloaded will be deleted and you will need to download the additional data again to play the game.

You can transfer your game data using the following steps.

  • If you transfer data between different operating systems, paid Love Gems will be converted to free Love Gems. If you transfer data between the same operating systems, they will be transferred as they are.

Gameplay

Connection error occurs...

A connection error may occur due to issues with the internet connection. The situation may improve, so please try the following steps:

  • Play the game in the area with a strong internet connection.
  • Try switching to a different connection (switch from Wi-Fi to 4G or from 4G to Wi-Fi, for example)
  • Check if there is any connection restrictions in place

I can’t receive push notifications.

If you are not receiving push notifications, it may be due to the notification settings on your app or device. Please try the following steps.

  • The terms may differ depending on the device and OS version.

  • Check if the setting is turned on in "Menu > Settings > Push Notification" in the upper right corner of the game app screen.
  • Check if "Allow Notifications" is turned on in "Settings > Notification > SIF2" on the device.
  • Check if "Show in Notification Center", "Show on Lock Screen", "Show as Banner", etc. in "Settings > Notification > SIF2" of the device are turned ON.
  • Check if "Notification Style When Unlocked" is set to anything other than "None" in "Settings>Notifications>SIF2" on your device.

◆For Android devices

  • Check if the relevant setting is turned ON in "Menu > Settings > Push Notification" in the upper right corner of the game app screen.
  • Please check your device’s power-saving function, whether it is set to off.
  • Check if "Block all" is turned off in "Settings>Notifications>SIF2>Block All" on your device.
  • Check if the notification setting on the lock screen is set to display notifications on the lock screen.

If you still cannot receive the notification after checking the notification settings, the following may have occurred when the notification was sent.

  • The application is running.
  • The connection status is offline.

The Live Show suddenly pauses..

You cannot play the Live Show where internet connection is not available.

The screen becomes laggy and the game runs slow during the Live Show.

You may be able to improve performance by adjusting the live settings. Please try the following settings:

Love gems and set items are not reflected in the game after purchase.

It may take some time for purchased items to be reflected due to connection status or payment methods. Please check your purchase history by following the instructions below, and if the purchase has been completed, please try restarting your device.

2) Tap the place where the Apple ID used for the purchase is displayed.
3) Check "View Apple ID > Purchase History".

2) Tap the purchase history in "Activity" to check the transaction details.
